Nowadays, many people suffer from problems related to belly fat. This has been caused by unbalanced diet as well as all the labor saving gadgets, which has led most people to live a sedentary life. Some experts feel that belly fat may also contribute to some types of cancers. So, it is very necessary to remove love handles or belly fat as soon as possible. To do so, you need to do regular and vigorous physical workouts and to have control over diet. 

Men nowadays also have a tendency to put on belly fat in early age. Belly fat in men usually starts to increase after or around 30 years of age. Hence, men need to be careful, especially after 30 years of age, and they have to keep themselves active and diet conscious.

It is recommended that doing aerobics regularly for 30 minutes in moderate speed and 15 minutes at high speed will help a lot in reducing belly fat as well as extra weight in other parts of the body. If you add 20 minutes of strength training to that schedule, it will improve your overall health and make you feel fit. If you do not have time to go to gym, you can do 45 minutes of brisk walk every day to control belly fat.

To reduce belly fat, you have to burn more calories than you consume – this means you have to do more workouts and have to strictly follow controlled diet. In such a case, you have to reduce your meal portion size and indulge yourself with healthy fresh food, rather than with food items that are fried or have higher fat content.

People who drink in excess also develop a belly fat also known as beer belly. It is because of the higher calorific content of alcohol, which gets deposited around the belly. Drinking in moderation will reduce the chances of getting belly fat.

Doing regular exercises will also help you reduce belly fat. You just need do make some conscious effort and have patience when trying to get rid of belly fat because it is the most stubborn fat to remove. But it is worth the effort, because reducing fat will not only make you feel better but also reduce the risk of many health problems.
