AAA Special Events is a full service meeting planning and accommodations firm headquartered in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. The cornerstone of our philosophy is to provide outstanding and personalized service, creative ideas and solutions to our clientele, as well as highly professional meeting planning experiences based on the unique and varied experience of our meeting planners.

We plan and coordinate conventions, conferences, trade shows, sales meetings, for corporations and associations. Our sphere of expertise ranges throughout the South East United States. In the course of an average year, AAA Special Events will provide various services for over 30 clients, comprising approximately 50 meetings. These services may be site selection and negotiation, or as comprehensive as complete planning and management services. Our average group size is between 500 and 3,000 persons, with our largest group attendance being approximately 10,000 persons.
